Not only is she super friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, she also cares about her clients and takes the time to discuss individual needs. She likes to explain products and services thoroughly so you understand what and why she’s suggesting the regimen for you, which is nice because I trust her judgment and have since bought a few products along my skin journey. Since I’ve started seeing Katie a few times a season, I’ve noticed huge improvements in my skin and continue to use less and less makeup!
