Age policy:

You must be 18 or older to book an appointment. No exceptions.


BOOKING:

All booking is done through my booking site. When needing to book an appointment please go through my Gloss Genius account. Gloss Genius requires a credit card to book appointments. You will not be charged upon booking. It is kept securely on file in the case of same day cancellations or no call no shows.


LATE ARRIVALS:

Please reach out to me via text, call, or email if you are going to be late. Messages get lost on Instagram - this is not the place to cancel or reschedule appointments. After 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 75% of the total service amount.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

All policies apply to all appointments including gift cards/gift certificates on file.

LATE CANCELLATION: Please contact me via email, text, or call as soon as possible. Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled 48 hours in advance. I am understanding and realize life happens. But it can also be extremely difficult or impossible to fill last minute times. You may be subject to a fee of 50% of total service.

CONSTANT RESCHEDULING: When you book an appointment time, you are reserving time slot for your treatment. By consistently rescheduling appointments(3+ times in a row) it denies the time slot to other clients. Multiple reschedulings and cancellations may result in elimination of any future appointments at studio.

NO CALL NO SHOWS may be subject to 75% of total service amount.


RETURNS/ EXCHANGES:

All purchases at THE SKIN WITCH® are final sale. If your products arrive damaged you must email with photos of the packaging & items within 3 days. As a small business, I unfortunately cannot sustain the same kinds of returns/ exchanges a large corporate business can. If you have experienced reactions in the past or have any known or possible known allergies/irritants please indicate this within your health intake form.


NEW CLIENT HEALTH INTAKE FORM:

Welcome! New clients are required to complete an in-depth consultation form prior to their appointment. Your first treatment will include a 15-20 minute consultation before the service begins, where we’ll dive into your skin concerns and goals. Please have health + policies/consent form filled out before appointment. If not filled out, you will be required to do so upon arrival. This will cut into service time, with no price adjustments.

On health intake form, you’ll have the option to indicate any enhancements you’re interested in exploring. During our consultation, we’ll review which enhancements can be incorporated based on the time selected and your skin’s unique needs. If you’re unsure, don’t worry—I’ll guide you in curating the perfect treatment!


Returning CLIENT INTAKE FORM:

Returning clients just need to fill out health update form + policy/ consent. Please make sure to list any new products or health issues on the update form.

The update form includes a section to select any enhancements you’re interested in for your treatment. Unsure about what’s best for the session? No problem! I’ll customize your treatment to align with your skin’s current needs!
