✹All shipping orders will be charged a flat shipping rate.

✹Some store products are drop shipped directly from provider. In this event, you may receive two seperate orders with two seperate tracking numbers.

✹We do not deliver to PO BOXES. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so that packages can be tracked and properly delivered.

✹Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days [Mon-Fri]

✹Once your order has been shipped you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.

✹Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

✹Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

✹It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address is filled out completely and correctly. If an item needs to be re-shipped due to client’s error they will be re-charged for the additional shipment fees.

✹We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

✹If your products arrive damaged you must email with photos of the packaging & items within 3 days.

✹We are unable to accept returns/refunds or credits. All sales are final.

✹We use recycled and repurposed materials to package your goods whenever possible.
